How do I place a graduation products order?
Orders can be placed at school on designated ordering date(s), by mail or directly online. Please refer to your school's ordering deadlines. If ordering online payment in full is required. Payment plans are available. Please refer to the original ordering packet distributed at your school for payment plan information. A $70.00 deposit or payment in full is due at the time of ordering.

How do I pay the balance due on my product order?

When paying the remaining balance on your order, please use one of the payment coupons provided in your original ordering packet. You may pay by check, money order, or VISA / MasterCard credit or debit card. If you pay by card please be sure to include the three-digit code listed on the back of the card. Or click the Make Payment link above to make your payment online. If needed, our office will mail you a reminder of your balance due prior to our March 15, 2018 final payment deadline.

How and when will my graduation products be delivered?
Graduation products will be distributed to you at your school on a designated day. The time, date and location of the delivery date will be published at school in advance of the actual date.

What are graduation announcements?
Graduation announcements are custom designed for each school. Announcements are a formal way of honoring the graduates educational accomplishments. They are sent to both friends and relatives announcing the time, date and location of the graduation ceremony.

What is included with my graduation announcements?
Each graduation announcement includes both an inner formal envelope and outer mailing envelope. For your convenience, information on proper mailing etiquette will be included with your order. The personalized name card is not included with the graduation announcement. Name cards are sold separately and are used to personalize the announcement for each student graduate.

When should I mail my graduation announcements?
Graduation announcements are traditionally mailed out three to fours weeks before graduation.

What is included with my cap, gown and tassel?
The price of the cap and gown units includes a year date tassel and any other accessory items used by your school. The color of the cap and gown units are determined by your school.

How do I measure for my cap and gown?
Please record your weight in pounds and your height in feet and inches. When measuring your height, please measure from the top of your head to the floor. The cap is “one size fits all”, no measurement is required.

When will my cap and gown be delivered?
Your cap, gown and tassel will delivered to you at school one to three weeks prior to the graduation ceremony. Your school personnel will set the delivery date and time and will be in charge of delivery.

Why do I have to order my graduation products so early?
In an attempt to keep costs down, we enter our orders into the manufacturing process as a large group. All orders placed at school or within the listed ordering deadlines for your school will receive our discounted group prices. Orders received after the original deadline will be processed as individual orders and will be subject to our “Extended Deadline Order Form.” Some products are not available on the Extended Order Form.

How can I order a class ring?
  1. Class ring orders can be placed when the Graduate Services Ltd. representative is on your campus taking graduation product orders.?
  2. You may order by mail at anytime during the school year.
  3. If convenient, you can place your order in person at our Fresno office. Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Ring samples are on display.
How do I determine my finger size?
Our representative will take your ring size at the time of ordering, either on campus or in our office. However, upon request we will mail you a disposable plastic sizer if it is more convenient for you to order by mail.

How will my ring be delivered to me?
It will take approximately eight weeks to manufacture your custom ring. You will have the opportunity to pick up your ring up at school, in our office or by insured US postal mail.

How long does it take to get my ring after it has been ordered?
Average ring delivery time is eight weeks. Rings are available after your balance due is paid in full.

What options are included in the list price of my custom ring?
The retail list price of your ring includes all the options that are shown in our catalog. This includes stone and stone cut of your choice, custom activity / mascot side designs, engraving and personalized side with school name or monogram.
